Law & Order New York governor Eliot Spitzer reportedly tied to a prostitution rink with potential connections to organzied crime. Reportedly the former prosecutor and New York Governor has told his aides that he is linked to illegal high priced prostitution ring. He is not the first governor or high ranking public servant to have legal problems, nor will he be the last. The Governor is married with 3 Children. Was he just a John or was he involved in the money laundering aspect of the case? What should be his punishment both criminally and politically? Is he a hypocrate? Did he violate the Mann Act (an old rarely used law that basically makes it is illegal for a man to take a woman across state lines for immoral purposes)? Should he be impeached? It looks as if he will resign. Did he commit a felony or a misdemeaner? Would this be an issue in Europe? Should this be a private matter or public matter?
